(usually) booked by either my sister (a travel agent--kind of funny, you guys
beat out the best she could do on this one), or another travel agent I use
regularly. I initially priced the trip through both agents and got similar
pricing. As we'd like to do another cruise this summer, I wanted to check if
it was possible to find a significantly lower rate. That's how I came about
your website.
Once I called, I was impressed by the knowledge and friendliness of both you
(Chuck) and Sandie. The price was excellent as well. I looked you up w/ the
BBB, and there were not any negative notations about the agency. I also
called one of the travel agency memberships and they said you were a member.
My sister said that was a good thing, as an agency has to meet several
criterions to be included. At this point I felt confident that I wouldn't get
"ripped off" and booked the trip.
As I said, we couldn't have been more pleased. I will check with you for our
future trips and would not hesitate to use the agency again (nor to refer you
